Our mission is to provide accessible and comprehensive diabetes care through a network of clinics, offering personalized education, guidance, and follow-up services all under one roof.

By prioritizing the role of diabetes educators as key personnel, we ensure that our patients receive the highest level of support and knowledge to manage their condition effectively. By centralizing these services, we ensure a seamless and integrated experience for individuals with diabetes and prediabetes.

Vision

Within our vision, DMG is dedicated to making diabetes management better by offering a holistic approach within a single facility. Our all-in-one model allows for improved coordination, collaboration, and convenience, leading to enhanced outcomes and patient satisfaction.

With DMG, individuals with diabetes can receive high-quality care, education, and support in a cohesive and patient-centered environment. 

Goal

Our goal is to establish a minimum of five self-sustaining clinics across New Jersey within the first five years. Subsequently, we plan to double the number of clinics each year, ensuring our expansion to serve individuals with diabetes and prediabetes nationwide in subsequent years.
